P90X3 Fit Test Results

Well, yesterday was the last day of P90X3 which means today I re-took the Fit Test. Here are today's results with the results from 90 days ago in parenthesis. It's not the groundbreaking kind of results that will land me as the perfect before and after picture, but it's moving in the right direction and I'm ok with that. Plus, I still eat a lot of crap.

Resting Heart Rate: 66 (60)
Pull-Ups 3 (With actual pull up bar) (30 -No pull-up bar, so I used a set of bands to do seated pullbacks)
Vertical Leap: 15.25" (14.5")
Push-Ups: 35 (26)
Toe Touch: +1.5" (-1")
Wall Squat: 2:15 (1:45)
Bicep Curls: 26 (20-lb dumbbells) (16 (20-lb dumbbells))
In and Outs: 60 (42)
Heart Rate Maximizer:
Heart Rate: 140 (152)
Heart Rate 1 minute: 126 (124)
Heart Rate 2 minutes: 122 (96)
Heart Rate 3 minutes: 108 (96)
Heart Rate 4 minutes: 74 (96)
