That's A Very Specific Group of Protesters

Today in my adventures I passed by the Historical Library on 40th & 6th. Outside were 8 or 9 elderly ladies all wearing dark trenchcoats. They were holding a sign that read
WOMEN IN BLACK AGAINST THE WAR
