Still continuing my P90X3 "Recovery Week" although I don't know if that's the correct phrase. Yesterday was "Accelerator" which is basically freak-on cardio. I made it about 15 minutes (halfway!).
Today was Pilates X and was my first time ever doing any kind of Pilates class. I thought it was going to be similar to Yoga but instead it shredded up my core and scattered it around the house.
